Joe, Billie and the entire staff at Black Swan are amazing gown experts! Our Miss Iowa Nationwide 2015 bought her nationals gown at Black Swan, and then captured the national crown that June in her stunning MacDugal gown! Black Swan goes out of their way to accomodate customers, provides them excellent customer service, and follows up after the sale. If you aren't buying your gown from Joe, then you aren't serious about winning!
