I loved Black Swan ! Joe is so great and nice. I have only gotten one pageant dress there but I plan on getting any other dress I need from them . :)

Billie has been awesome to work with! Since I'm not located in Nebraska, we did all the shopping virtually, which I loved. Billie sent tons of pictures, weighed in on best colors for me and was a pleasure through all of my indecision. :) In the end, I walked away with my formal gown, interview dress and a blingy pair of earrings for my upcoming pageant. The Black Swan is FABULOUS! The store is filled with beautiful gowns in SO many styles, colors, and sizes. Joe is amazing to work with and we love his selection and store. ❤️
Horrible place, Wife and daughter took the day to drive down to see and try on a dress they that were told was pulled and held for them just hours before they arrived. Only to get all the way there and be told sorry we sold it. No call to tell them it was gone, just a wasted day and trip down there. Do yourself a favor and shop someplace else. Horrible service and a terrible response to what happened. Doesn't get much worse then this place.

Black Swan did such an amazing job at helping me find the perfect gown and fun fashion! They made it their mission to make sure I stand out and to be unique. As a North Carolina client, they made sure to ship dresses to try on until we found "The One!" Went above and beyond any other dress shop I've been too!
