I cannot begin to say enough great things about The Black Swan and Joe and Billie! They helped me find the perfect outfit for some upcoming appearances as Ms. US Universal from across the country! My granddaughter stopped in after school today for a last minute Homecoming dress. She found one that was really very cute but was unfortunately too large. Since I'm an accomplished seamstress she facetimed me to see if I might be able to alter it down for her. It didn't look too difficult so I suggested she purchase it so I could decide when the dress was in front of my eyes rather than on the phone. Most boutiques in our industry do have a no return policy, because we cannot prove the authenticity or integrity of a gown once it leaves our store. That is why I was very upfront about our return policy to prevent a problem that could have occurred. As far as the review Twila left us about shipping gowns to her to try, you must know my business partner lives in North Carolina and the gowns were shipped to her for Twila to try on.
