I’ve bought several items from binnacle with fast and efficient service. I did purchase an Emtrak ais transponder that was faulty from new. After a lot of back and forth with Emtrak.. Binnacle allowed me to return the item with a full refund.
I was obligated to write a review as the service I received was excellent! Had an issue with a faulty breaker on a Blue Sea panel. I had a new one in a week without the slightest hassle. Binnacle will be my first choice in the future when shopping marine products. Thanks so much!
Vraiment sympathique comme endroit. En vacances sur Halifax, kayak de mer dans les environs, j'ai fait un détour en magasin pour faire l'acquisition de cartes marines. Le garçon derrière le comptoir fut très serviable en plus d'offrir ses conseils et recommandations sur des endroits de sorties. Vaut vraiment le détour.
