5 Stars Every time I go into The Bike Shoppe they are very helpful. They usually have whatever I need in stock but if they don’t they are quick to order it and let me know when it’s in. I would highly recommend The Bike Shoppe to anyone whether you’re buying a bike or fixing one they are the team for the job!
A few months ago I went to fix two bikes. On both of bikes the tires needed to fix. On one the headset needed an adjustment, and on the other the brakes were somewhat problematic. After sending around $150, both bikes were "fixed". Two weeks in the second bike's brakes were out. Since I had another, I used that one, due to my schedule I was unable to fix it. A Big Thanks to Andrew for taking care of me! I came in with questions about the pros/cons of crank arm length. He talked me through the options, ordered new ones and got me back on the trails! Extremely knowledgeable technician and a great guy!

While out on a Saturday morning ride I had the unfortunate second flat clipped in luckily I had walking shoes in a backpack. I thought umm Judy’s short walk from the Bike Shoppe... I got this. Walking on the left facing traffic I see A logo strewn BIKE SHOPPE truck pass buy... I was content walking. 2 seconds later the truck has dodged several construction barriers and is now blocking my path! Highly suggesting that I jump in. After he fixed the flat, he tuned and lubed it up and GAVE me a new spare tube! #bikeshoppeforlife
Very knowledgeable and helpful staff are hard to come by these days. Purchased a few accessories for my mountain bike. Plus they had everything I was looking for. These guys are great!
