What a refreshing change to get such great customer service! I was greeted and helped promptly, had all my questions answered, bought a great bike and helmet, and picked it up the same day - and spent the same amount I expected to pay for a lower quality bike & helmet at a national chain store. One more reason to buy local!

They have great products, good deals on bikes, their staff is super friendly. I had some questions for them and their answers left me pretty satisfied. They definitely know what they are talking about and they know what they are doing.
