We brought our son's bike to the shop with issues getting the front tire on. We had purchased the bike from Amazon & the friendly and helpful staff helped us out for no charge!! We will definitely be coming here for all bike related purchases in the future!
Had a bike fitting today. Sean was very detailed and took out all the”kinks” I was experiencing. I was able to feel the difference immediately. The entire staff was extremely helpful and informative. In addition, I would like to thank Ric and The Temecula Bike Shop for the donation made to The Police Unity Tour- Chapter 13. Greatly Appreciated!!!
The folks at The Bike Shop are the greatest. I just bought a new Specialized MTB from them and had a superior customer experience there. Lauren helped me from the start to identify the bike best suited to my age, size and riding goals. The Bike Shop is rad! I had to have some maintenance/ new equipment on my bike done day-of and these guys were able to get it done within an hour of me arriving at the shop. Super helpful, super nice, great spot! and there's even a comfortable couch to wait on... something that many shops overlook.
Yesterday was 6hr marathon on Temecula. I've no idea why, but my gears on my BMC Teamelite stop working accurately. Hopefully these guys were on the start field. They fixed me my bike and I took 5th place. Thank you guys. You're rock!
