RecommendedJon at the Bike Shop installed an angle headset on my mtb and noticed a bolt on the ground. It turned out to be one of the mounting bolts for the rear suspension wishbone. I had lost an Ibis specific teardrop nut somewhere out on the trail. Jon called Ibis and they sent a new one at no charge. Thanks for saving my neck Jon and to Ibis for amazing customer service...
RecommendedI dropped off my rear wheel at The Bike Shop in Temecula after being told by another bike shop they could not make the needed repair. After a couple days I dropped by The Bike Shop and was told bike mechanic Mike Trone worked his magic and my wheel was fixed. My wheel is now good as new thanks to MikeTrone and The Bike Shop Temecula. If you need bike repairs you need the Bike Shop!
