RecommendedWe went in to The Bike Shop this past week and got two kids bikes for our 4 & 6 year old kids. We experienced great customer service, attentive employees and patience with the young kids figuring out their first bikes 😄 we will be back for any of our biking needs! Thank you guys!
There was a wide selection of bikes great customer service
Start off by saying this; I live in SD County and I've been to 11+ bikes shops searching for the right bike. Although all shops in SD had options on products they didn't have the service/social aspect. I felt like I was missing information I needed but wasn't sure how to ask for it as I am a beginner in MTB. just got off the phone with John and he took the time to go through the hardware he had in stock to find the 3/8-26 nut that I was looking for. I'll be by today to pick them up.

I was on a bike ride on Saturday, June 13, 2020 and I knew I was going to be passing The Bike Shop so I decided to stop in to see if I could get my tires pumped up and schedule an appointment for my brakes to be adjusted later. When I arrived the shop was busy as usual but the employees made a point to pump up my tires and suggested looking at the brakes. I went in to the shop today to get some help with a drift trike I am building. Every single person in this shop was respectful and the customer service was excellent. This shop gained a customer for life. Big shout out to John for talking time out of busy schedule to help me out. A+++++ 10-10 5 stars!
We walked in to check out the mountain bikes and found excellent quality and reasonably priced. Loaded the truck 1 hour later. Thanks Tanner!
