So I like the staff who came and helped my son for his Autism classes. What I didn't like was that when they told me if there would be an issue with coverage that BHPN would contact us or our insurance provider which they didn't do. We didn't receive any monthly statements saying we owe money. I'm not sure why there's so many negative 1 star reviews. My now 3yr old was diagnosed with ASD early last year (2021), our insurance company is Kaiser and they paired us with BHPN Easter Seals. We started working with them for his ABA therapies last April via Zoom due to the pandemic twice a week. His 'therapists' have been nothing but wonderful, patient and insightful. The therapy was not the best, my daughter went 6 months with ABA. I feel that I could have gotten better services with another Vender. I would like to know how to get my Bill forgiven due to hardship.
I don’t typically review things but my experience with BHPN has been pretty horrible. Three months have passed and we are still waiting for them to place us with someone to provide our son with ABA. I have had a very hard time getting anyone to return my call. No one seems to no what is going on with my son’s case. There are empty promises of follow up and then weeks will go by and no one calls back.
