There are few projects that I won't at least make an attempt at, but installing an AC/Heat unit that's a big one. I was wrong this was straight forward and a lot of fun. I even did the "Pro" part and the system has been Cooling and now with the weather change Heating, like a champ! Idiana was awesome to work with, very responsive, and wow what a price for a system sold for far more all over the internet and box stores. Thanks for a great experience! oh and FAST shipping!

Muy agradecida. Sobre todo por la excelente atención al cliente. Mucha amabilidad por parte del personal de la compañía. Las unidades llegaron a tiempo y hasta la puerta de mi casa. No había escuchado antes esta empresa pero por mi experiencia la recomiendo si vives en los Estados Unidos. Dispuse de mi tiempo para escribir este comentario porque realmente lo merece, y en ayuda a las personas que buscan una unidad de aire acondicionado a buen precio.

I would like to share my Phenomenal experience with this amazing company. First of all their customer support is beyond expectations! They answered all of my questions and were very helpful during the entire process. They have affordable prices and offer warranty for american made products. I can feel safe and confident purchasing all of my future mini splits systems from THE BEST MINI SPLIT!
