To be clear: this is for the Los Angeles location. They neglected one of my two cats. When we retrieved her, she was covered in urine and cowering behind the furniture. Since I've brought her home, she is so fearful that she will only hide under the furniture in our house. This is despite my specific request that if EITHER of my cats had a hard time, I wanted them moved to a private room, despite the cost.

I'm so sorry one of your kitties had a hard time adjusting to their stay, sometimes it takes a kitty a couple of days to adjust to the group room and it sounds like she may have needed more than the three days she was with us. I'm glad your other kitty was good and has adjusted well to being home for the past few hours.
Friendly and patient staff- they do amazing work!
I'm so thankful for everyone at the BLCH! They take such good care of Little T, I know he's well cared for while I travel. Don't know what we would do without them!
