This is a review for the Los Angeles location. BEWARE!!! I brought my cat in a few months ago for his second grooming appointment at this establishment. I dropped him off at in the morning around 10am and asked that he be finished by 230pm for my assistant to pick him up while I was at work. When she arrived my cat hadn’t been touched and no one called to update me on this. I was told on the phone by my assistant that they wouldn’t groom my cat because he was panting and shaking. RecommendedI take mine to the one in Pasadena. I love the fact that it looks like a home, and the place is built with cat psychology in mind. Lots of cat trees, cat walk, and sun porch

I have been taking my cats here for at least 4 years. Kay is my groomer of choice. �� They take amazing care of my kitty Mickey that gets a lion cut twice a year. She is always so relaxed when I pick her up from her "day at the spa" as I like to call it. Highly recommmend them to anyone with felines!
