Noah Berson is an amazing realtor. He is very diligent, patient and very knowledgeable on the housing market and a great negotiator. I am a first time home buyer and he walked me through the process very patiently and explained all the details. He also connected me to a mortgage lender where I was able to get a good rate and an additional grant to decrease my closing cost significantly.
