Everyone who states that The Berkeley has gone downhill since Crest took over is 100% correct. The office staff are rude and non responsive. The pools are overrun with non-residents who live in the neighborhoods behind the apartments and the office does nothing to attend to the matter. If you call or email, they do not even have the courtesy to respond. There are no longer community activities or anything for the residents. My garage door was broken for two weeks, during which I could not access the garage that I pay fo... read more
