Benson looks nice but don't bother..... Inept desk loses big reservations, keycards don't work, room service won't pick up the phone.... WTF?

I used the bathroom here. The bell hop was super cute
Beware of the valet parking rip-off! My vehicle was parked for about 14 hours, and $29 was added to the room bill, plus the tip for retrieving my vehicle!
