This company is awful. They are unresponsive once you agree to allow them to take your case. They don’t answer the phones or reply to emails. The first person that worked on my case was Dennise, she was responsive and then she left the firm. They told me they were waiting for the information from my doctors. I went to my doctor and watched them electronically send over all of my information as well as gave me a copy of my chart. Since then I have heard nothing. August will make a year my case has been going.

I am very disappointed in this law firm. It has been over a year since I initiated this matter, and I have yet to receive any meaningful communication or information about my current status or timeline for resolution. I have made multiple attempts to follow up by phone—often several times per week—but have not been able to connect with anyone who can provide a clear update.
