We’ve been living here for 1.5 years. Our neighbor downstairs has loud arguments sometimes for an hour on end (7am, 10am, 11pm). To the point where they’re screaming a swearing at the top of their lungs. It’s disturbing when your home doesn’t feel like a safe space. We’ve let The Bennett know over about the issue for the past year. We also recorded the noise for evidence as they suggested. Unfortunately it still hasn’t been revolved and has worsened. The Bennett is hands down the place to be. Top notch amenities, great location, and an amazing staff. After hours of checking out different apartments and going on tours, it was a no brainer to choose living at The Bennett. Chris did an amazing job explaining the different offerings and answering all of my questions. Couldn't be happier with my choice.
I generally prefer to keep my personal matters private, but I feel it’s important to speak up because this situation was handled unfairly. I lived at The Bennett for 5 months and, while the living space itself was beautiful, my experience with management left a lot to be desired. Due to unforeseen health issues, I had to break my lease, and we came to an agreement regarding payment. Top tier complex, amenities, and gym. Friendly and helpful staff. Cool community.
I have lived here for about 9 months and have had a good experience! Carlos and Zoe are incredibly kind and helpful and really care to ensure you’re happy living here. I have had to call maintenance for *very minor* issues and they are so quick to show up and help. They even helped me out when my car wouldn’t start once. Gym is nice, units are new, spacious, and modern. I have felt safe living here as well.
