I recently moved into The Bennett and have had a positive experience. When I moved into my unit, there was a wasp nest. I requested maintenance through the resident portal and while I was at work they removed it for me. Thank you Mike for fulfilling my request!
I have officially been living at The Bennett for a week now and no complaints. Best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in! I have absolutely nothing that I would change. Front staff have excellent communication, the location is perfect, the amenities are incredible (good sized gym and Mail/package room since I’m an avid online shopper), maintenance is helpful and friendly, the way they welcomed my ESAs, the nature surrounding the complex, the quality of life here is impeccable. I've lived at The Bennett for about 2 weeks now. I wanted something newer, modern, clean and convenient to downtown Austin. As I did research on the property and looked at the pictures online I was excited and skeptical at the same time of how it would really look in person. Once I walked the complex on my tour, the pictures are accurate! The staff, neighbors, and grounds are great. The wide windows make for a great view and natural light. I’ve lived here for 5 months and love it! Will be renewing without question! The entire staff is friendly and respectful - front desk, maintenance, management. These apartments are new, clean, and safe. I really love it here and have nothing bad to say about this place.
