Steven has been the best housing agent; very patient and personable. He customized our tour to our needs! The apartment is great, but he made it feel even greater!!
Save yourself the frustration. I promise there are better apartment communities that actually deliver the luxury experience they advertise. You're paying for comfort, convenience, and quality of life - not just brand new appliances with a MegaPlex next door. Here, comfort is hit or miss, and with the endless I35 traffic outside the property, neither problem appears to be improving anytime soon. Pretty unhappy with my experience here lately. The biggest issues are noise, declining community standards, and the value for the price being charged. For context, the apartment complex across the street rents two-bedroom units for roughly the same price as the one-bedroom units here. Management has lowered prices for new tenants, but the overall living experience seems to have declined as a result. Noise has become a major problem. Many residents are loud and disruptive, and smoking rules appear to be unenforced. People reg... read more
I’ve enjoyed living at The Bennet! It’s quiet, always fixed apartment issues quickly, easy access to the highway and stores, friendly staff, the elevator in building 3 has always worked, beautiful pool/amenities/layout, while always updating us on issues they were having and when they would get fixed.
I love living at The Bennett!! The staff is friendly, location is amazing, and the amenities are great! I highly recommend calling The Bennett home.
