Lived in this apartment complex for 2 years and got packages stolen, my car got broken into and they charged me $95 to clean cabinets. Should have moved after one lease term.
I moved into the Bennett in 2023 and I have loved it! Gated community with great amenities. The management and maintenance team were always super helpful and prompt. Covered reserved parking was also great. Very safe and quick access to I-35. Highly recommend!

I have living in The Bennet for almost 2 years. The agents and staff, (especially Zoey) have always been very helpful and prompt in their responses. The Bennet is a beautiful and elegant apartment complex. With several ameneties. Super dog freindly complex. Dog bathing station. Several dog areas. Also including game rooms and a 2 tier gym. Sharing on another account so I don’t get penalized for sharing this review but we live in until 2 (closest to the highway) I’ve lived here for 2 years now and the quality of living here continues to get worse. It’s hard to get any sleep with how loud it is even though we have double panel windows. Out hallways get neglected and there’s just bugs everywhere, we don’t have a communal garbage can near us anymore. We used to but they took it away?
