We had a great experience working with The Bennett Apartments! The team was professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Heather, the manager, for her excellent communication and dedication. She is friendly, organized, and made everything run smoothly from start to finish. REVISED as of July 27, 2026. Save yourself the frustration. There are other apartment communities in Austin that, in my opinion, provide a more consistent resident experience. While the property has attractive finishes and modern amenities, my overall experience didn't meet my expectations for luxury apartment living. REVISED AS OF JULY 27,2026. Save yourself the frustration. In my opinion, there are better apartment communities in Austin that deliver the luxury experience they advertise. You're paying for comfort, convenience, and quality of life - not just brand new appliances with a megaplex next door. While the units are attractive, the overall resident experience didn't live up to my expectations, and the ongoing I-35 traffic certainly doesn't help. I’m an apartment locator with Franklin Finders. Steven gave a proper above and beyond tour and provided great insight for my client who wasn’t physically present since she’s out of state. This guy needs to get promoted asap. Nice property and amenities as well!!!
