I just moved in recently. Overall, the environment is nice. The trash area is a bit messy, but the apartment is working on improving it. The leasing office staff are very kind and respond quickly.
After moving to Austin, I had to find a new home rather quickly. After one visit to the Bennett, I knew this was the place. I cancelled all my other appointments and called it home. From the front office staff to the after-hours support, there is no doubt that you are valued and important. They make leasing and moving into your new home easy! I highly recommend The Bennett for anyone looking for a new home.
The staff at The Bennett are top notch. Very caring and helpful! I chose this apartment in Austin because it felt the most like "home." My dog and I love this community so far and can't wait to see the property fully completed! Update: I had the best apartment experience living at The Bennett but had to move due to work. I accidentally had a package sent to my old address at The Bennett and Zoe in management was beyond kind in helping me retrieve my package. Cannot say enough about how great the team is!
