If safety and peace and quiet are a concern, I cannot recommend living here. After almost 3 years, I’ve decided it’s time to move. Unfortunately, my experience has continued to decline, particularly when it comes to safety, noise, and the overall environment around the property. Just this week, I was woken up around 2:00 AM when police arrested a man who had jumped the dog park fence and damaged personal belongings on my downstairs neighbor’s patio. I had the opportunity with working with Stephen and Juliette while debating where I wanted to call home! They made the process super easy, fun and an all around great experience! PLEASE READ! I have lived here for a little over a year now and have had no complaints until coming to the end of my lease. The team failed to properly notify all applicants on the lease of the 60 day move out notice and me and my roommate ended up getting screwed and having to stay and pay for 2 extra months even though our lease was supposed to end in October! The leasing process was a little rocky and I had quite a few questions with answers that didn’t make sense, but the staff has always been kind and professional. I almost canceled my lease because of the application and move in problems I had, but I am so glad I stuck it out! The yards and closet sizes at this price point are almost unheard of.
