Attention to detail was excellent, with lots of options and a friendly, professional approach. My wife had a ring made here and is extremely happy with the final result. The jeweller provided great advice throughout the process, and the whole experience was pleasant and easy. Highly recommended!
I had four rings that I either could not wear or no longer wore for various reasons. I worked with Kim Maddison at The Bench to design a new ring using the materials from the old ones. The result was a beautiful ring that I wear every day and absolutely love. Kim's knowledge and personal attention made the whole process very easy.
I highly recommend The Bench Jewellery. Last year I took a number of pieces that I could no longer wear to Kim and she turned them into 2 rings and a necklace that I love! Kim is great to work with, she listens to what you want and presents designs for you to choose from, makes the process interesting and fun. I'm very happy with the results! Thanks so much Kim! I took my sons finger print to them to have a pendant engraved with the print. They did an amazing job and I wear it 24 hr every day. When I lost my diamond from my engagement ring they also did an amazing job replacing it and rebuilding the claws. I had 2 rings re spanked great job on those as well. But the most amazing of all is that they totally rebuilt my mom's 72 year old broken and worn out with 2 diamonds missing wedding set. I am so greatful for the job they did on those.
