I did three tours with them, and it was only after going through the application process and paying the necessary fees that they requested a corporate lease from my previous apartment and when they were told that that wasn't a thing my application was denied. Definitely some sketchy stuff going on as far as choosing applicants.
I’ve had a great experience living here, and a huge part of that is because of the staff. Kyle is an outstanding property manager who truly lives up to the title - he stays on top of everything, is responsive, organized, and keeps the building running smoothly. I have lived at the Belvedere for almost 30 years. I have seen the building completely turned around. By cleaning staff and management staff, but for the last 10 years we have been able to keep her sane cleaning crew. I reported that I have tub problems on 3/04/26 in the morning to Karl and I returned home it was completed.
