I stayed at the Belvedere for a year and had a positive experience. Although the building is rather old, it’s in a great location and building management is highly competent.

I took a chance and signed a lease here (sight unseen) at the beginning of the year, and I could not be happier! Cynthia and the entire management team are outstanding--very responsive, super friendly, and always helpful and smiling. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of DC, just minutes from 14th Street/Logan Circle, and within walking distance of every Metro line. I moved about six weeks ago, and Cynthia the leasing officer was very helpful in preparing to move and on move-in day itself. Maintenance was very responsive when I accidentally chipped some paint off the wall, and they were very nice and understanding about it. The location is very central and convenient, and the price, which includes utilities, is reasonable considering the location. I love living at the Belvedere. My apartment is renovated and gorgeous and really makes use of the square footage in a unique layout. Management is stellar and maintenance is the BEST. The neighborhood is amazing and very safe, including the building. The amenities are not on par with some of the very new complexes, but we have a gym with necessities and a small but cute rooftop. The rent control aspect of the building is great financially.
