I did three tours with them, and it was only after going through the application process and paying the necessary fees that they requested a corporate lease from my previous apartment and when they were told that that wasn't a thing my application was denied. Definitely some sketchy stuff going on as far as choosing applicants.

I’ve had a great experience living here, and a huge part of that is because of the staff. Kyle is an outstanding property manager who truly lives up to the title - he stays on top of everything, is responsive, organized, and keeps the building running smoothly. Ename does a great job with maintenance and is always helpful and on point. Thuy has been keeping the building beautiful for over 20 years, and it shows. I have lived at the Belvedere for almost 30 years. I have seen the building completely turned around. By cleaning staff and management staff, but for the last 10 years we have been able to keep her sane cleaning crew. I reported that I have tub problems on 3/04/26 in the morning to Karl and I returned home it was completed. Very disappointing experience. I scheduled an apartment tour for 12:00 PM and arrived on time, but there was no one in the leasing office. I called the number provided and was told someone would come, but after waiting over 30 minutes, no one showed up and there was no follow-up. This was extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. I would expect better communication and reliability from a building like this.
