Belmont is a Great place to live. Quiet and spacious. I love the fireplace , larger living area, and the bathrooms are amazing.
Nice and quiet neighborhood. Safe part of town, and the building is very clean. Plus the monthly rent is extremely fair. Very happy!
It's funny how people want to say terrible things about an apartment community when they are being evicted. And if you know anything about the laws, the leasing office cannot discuss anything with someone other than the tenant..
I paid 530 amonth with a 530 deposit in sept. last year. Only for Nov. to get a leak in my bedroom and i put in a work order but they did not so i told they again in Feb. they finally put in that work order but got an adittued then my mother-in-law went here and said someyhing and all the did was vacum up the water from my floor. So another five to six months goes by nothing gets fixed and by this time i have two unfix toliets, a broke ice box, and a broke dishwasher on top of the leak problem still not fixed. If you wanna live with noisy neighbors or cockroaches go live there. I had to have five different maintenance men come fix my sink because of my upstairs neighbor's tub water wasflooding my bathroom. The guys installing the tub above our apartment failed to seal the tub drain and it leaked for months. I had my bathroom ceiling fixed four times. They never sprayed for roaches. Angelic was recently purchased by Vanguard Properties, LLC. in Nov 2009. They have cleaned up this property and moved alot of the problems out. They are making alot of progress with the rehab and have great plans for this property, so dont let those previous reviews you read effect your chose to live where, the management and owners care about you. Come Take a look for yourself and you will see the differance.
the angelic apt are very unsafe,since i have been here i encountered mold,hazzard appliance old not new like listed in apt guides,a robbery took place here where a elder woman was mugged,my car has been broken into also a vistor of mines car also,just a day a murder here at the angelic it was on the news. poor management, lack of skills, unprofessional, iam moving out very soon and will never return,i know its cheap rent but not worth it
I am a soon to be ex resident of this complex. I am moving of my own free will. Since I moved in I have had nothing but problems. I moved in on Aug 30th with the 89.00 move in special, Sept 1st I was charged rent, the management neglected to inform me of this. After I got that mess taken care of, the windows strated to leak water when it rained. We called maintaince and the said they "fixed" it, it still leaks.
