On 9/24/2018 I have signed my lease with you at 5:30pm once I received my keys I went to check my apartment. I called and text you letting you know that I would no longer like to stay in apartment due to I did not fell safe in the area and also my father being sick. Manager told be that was B.S. because the kids that lived in the area been there for a while. I tried to just go head and move into the apartment on Saturday I moved some products into the apartment the breeze way have a very bad smell to it to the point its mess... read more
Belmont apartments is one of the best apartments available. With the exception of the loud neighbors above us (which management cant help), the apartment is worth the price we pay for it. The bedrooms are carpeted and the rest of the apartment is tiled. It is close to the Embark bus stop, 7-11, Walmart, and many other amenities. There is a nice place to walk ones dogs, and a lake near by the apartment.

Move from the country to the city an was so scared but I absolutely love this place they are newly remodeling them an there great
I've stayed here since February and have managed to lock myself out of my apartment twice. Both times maintenance was there within ten minutes and checked my ID to make sure it was my apartment. Very appreciated.
a early morning maintenance call was answered and taken care of in side of one hour and the maintinance had all things needed for the job
Belmont apartments is a great apartment complex. They fix issues when they arise and make sure the residents are taken care of appropriately. Recently when there was a leak in our apartment on a Sunday, the maintenance team came out and immediately took care of the issues. The management is willing to learn about accessibility and how it applies to the FHA and the ADA
The management is awesome and friendly! They work to please the consumer! When it comes to making sure accessibility is provided, they are top notch!
the best management team i have ever done business with. and are always there when i need them. the security is there when i need them management is fast to answer all of my requests
