BTRC is a warm, welcoming and safe place. The staff is so kind and will make you feel at home ❤️
Very weird vibes here. Unfortunately, this is not a warm or welcoming place. The staff is very cold, reticent, and reluctant to brainstorm any help besides the few rigid and specific modes they offer. They see to be nursing too much active trauma themselves to be able to interact in a friendly, welcoming manner. It concerns me that a "trauma center" would hire anyone like this.
