Nice place low level customer service.. received. Numerous quotes for breakfast brunch got to resturant an no brunch all. Staff was polite at check in. However our purpose was a girlfriends Night at the pool to chill out The pool was dirty no towels and When asked for towels 3 hours later we. Still had no towels. We asked to have fire pits turned on to enjoy the garden area it never happened I was told some things are given only if You book directly with the hotel if you use travel zoo or Groupon I guess you receive sub stan... read more
Great service at the hotel, easy assess to the MB Pier. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room service. Lovely boutique hotel, close to the heart of Manhattan Beach. Very helpful staff.
