Great Experience – Von was terrific. This was my first time at this salon and I was extremely pleased.
Not Happy..... – This was my second time at the Beehive and while I loved it the first time, this time was a DISASTER!!!!!... I hate my hair...The color is not what I wanted and somehow they made me feel all guilty for not being happy. I have so many dots and spots on my head from the bleach, that I spend twenty minutes every day trying to find a new way to style my hair to cover up the mess ups..... I am shocked to read this review, as you called to see if you could use a deal of the day (for first time guests only) were told no. Your hair reservation was well over 5 weeks ago from the date of this review, and only posted after you were told you could not use that deal. Guest satisfaction is our highest priority. Had you given us the opportunity to make any corrections you felt were necessary we would have gone above and beyond.
Very Pleased – I had a living social coupon for partial highlights. Decided to get a haircut as well. I was very pleased with the outcome. The entire process was about 2 hours. I liked that my stylist took time in cutting my hair. The cut came out perfect. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars was because of the color. The next day I put my hair up in a ponytail and noticed a decent piece of hair wasn't colored. Not a huge deal but a bit bothersome. Lucas is great! – I tried out the beehive through living social and was booked with Lucas. The color I had done was not good and he gently suggested that he could make it better if I wasn't happy with what I had done. Well he made it infinitely better. Much softer and natural looking. He listens and takes his time and makes you feel like he's interested in you. My cut is also what I was looking for. Very happy with the my experience and will tell all my friends!
Satisfied – I tried out The Beehive just because it was a bit closer than where I normally go. I already have an amazing stylist, but I wanted to give it a try. I must admit, I did have a LONG wait. On my way there, they called me and moved my appointment to a later time, which was fine, but when I got there I still had to wait about 20 minutes. I was hoping it would be worth it and it was. Best Ever! – I can't say enough nice things about Niki and The Beehive. They are a fantastic place and they always make you feel at home. I have never received more compliments on my hair since I started going to Niki over 2 years ago. Total strangers have stopped me and asked where I get my hair done! I would not hesitate to recommend any of the stylists at The Beehive. You will not regret making an appointment and you will be hooked!
A Satisfied Customer! – I thorougly enjoyed my visit to the Beehive and my experience with Kristen. I was nervous at first but she did a cut and color and I have never been happier! I have had so many compliments that I plan to return and make Kristen my stylist of choice. the BUZZ is that the beehive is the best!! – Niki has been doing my hair for 3 years now. She has NEVER failed to make me beautiful. I sit down and tell her to do whatever she wants and she does. I have never been dissatisfied in any way, but if I ever am I can let her know and she will fix it for me. Both she and Kristin have never been anything but friendly and helpful. Not as good as rating would suggest... – Had my first ever appointment with Kristen for hair cut and highlights at 9:45am. She finally showed up at 10am with her Starbucks and Chick-Fil-A in hand! NOT a good first impression... but one that could be overlooked with a great cut and color. But that was not to be. Though the color turned out wonderful, the cut is horrendous!
