Great Management, I had a personal request and they helped even though they didn't need to Thank you
I’d be careful everyone I had my eye on the becker building for a while, the apartments I was looking at were around 1600-1700 and now suddenly the same quality apartments are being listed for 2,300 to almost 3,000 a month! I’d just avoid this place I won’t mess around with a crazy price increase like that I just don’t trust it.
I’m loving the new management that took over the building. They are extremely efficient, responsive, reliable and constantly looking to improve our experience in the Becker building. My wife and I are very grateful to them, having good management makes the world of a difference!
I call complete bull on those recent comments. The new owners, Madison Park, that took over in December are absolutely horrible!! There are a large amount of Veterans that live in the building, and are being thrown out. Maintance is refusing to do repairs to apartments. We went 5 days without a working toliet. We had a ceiling leak for about 2 weeks. We have a bathroom faucet that has been dripping for months. Some veterans receive help from PHA. Others are being charged $500 in increased rent.
