This place seems so nice at first glance but is far from it. Unfortunately the apartments are managed very poorly. Management lacks empathy and does less than the bare minimum for their tenants. Full of empty promises, zero accountability, and poor communication. While conveniently close to the ferry, their service makes living here sub par. I’ve been living here for 2 years and as time goes by this place gets worse and less worth living here.
I lived at Urby Staten Island for two years and only moved out last month because I needed a bit more space. Overall, I had an excellent experience and truly enjoyed my time there. The community is fantastic, and everyone—from the leasing office staff to the maintenance team and cleaning staff—was always friendly, professional, and helpful. I had such a great experience living at the Urby. It created such a positive vibe and served as my home away from home. Everyone was welcoming and super nice.
