The Think Melissa team has done a great job helping our family find the right home for us. They helped us negotiate with a difficult seller, get great financing, and arranged for the house to be cleaned when the sellers left it filthy. They have have gone above and beyond at every opportunity!

Think Melissa Team blew them all out of the water, trying to relocate from the midwest back to my home state Angie Chavez made the whole process absolutely painless. I have to give a shout out to the Think Melissa Team! Especially Angie Chavez who was our agent. She worked with us for months. I was relocating for a job and at first thought I would just rent. She was just as helpful in that process as she was when my fiance and I decided to purchase instead. We ended up buying a short sale home which took a lot of months and special work to get closed! Angie went out of her way to make sure we were able to close when we did! Thanks for everything you all did along the way!
