This is a pretty sweet store! Has a little bit of everything. Sweet selection of apparel. My new go to!

I ordered a Salsa Cutthroat frame to build up for bikepacking. Don Ickles was great at keeping me up to date on delivery, assisted me in choosing perfect components, sent photos and video, and when I drove in from Austin, he meet me a wee bit early to ensure I had the perfect fit before taking it out on a ride. Everyone at the Bear Mountain was easy to talk with, answered my million questions, and made me feel like I was the most important customer at that time. Thank you all!

I went in there a few weeks ago and fell in love with the bikes, ready to buy, but the customer service of the guy at the counter was sooooo horrible. I got the cold shoulder the whole time. I went up to the counter and he continued to do other things being busy instead of acknowledging I was there. I had to say excuse me three times before he finally said, "yes!" That's it that's all he said!! Then he pointed his finger in the distance and said the product your looking for is over there. REALLY!!??!! Ill never go there agai... read more

Best customer service in town!!! If you don' see what you are looking for, don't forget to ask them. They have 2 other stores with inventory and may be able to get it for you.

Bought 4 bikes today for the family. Bear Mountain is the Best! Lucky to have them in Waco.
