Fast reasonable fixed my bike in 15 mins! I think we found us a bike store:)
Went in last week to look for a Hybrid and Bob met me at the bike rack and wanted to help me from the get go. We talked about what I was looking for and they actually had the bike I wanted but they just got them in and needed to be built and tuned so he got my info and said he'd give me a call as soon as it was ready for a test ride. When it was finally ready, only 3 days, I went in for a test ride and made my purchase. Great staff, great store, and great experience. We went into the bike shop looking for a sprocket/cog for a project completely UNrelated to bicycles and they were more than friendly and very helpful and we found exactly what we needed in just two minutes. GREAT customer service.
The Bear Mountain is an excellent store! For the past seven months I have been going there to purchase gear for my upcoming Appalachian Trail thru-hike. They always have great deals going on, and the staff is always so helpful and patient!

The staff are always so friendly. I just tell them what I need and *BOOM* they make it happen! I have had them work on my bike, bought Northface jackets, bought my first fly rod with it set up for me as leftie, have the "Keep Waco Wacko" and "Made in Waco" shirts, and most recent purchase of a Camelbak backpack.
