I went into The Bear Mountain looking to purchase a backpack for an upcoming trip to the Guadalupe Mountains and was immediately greeted by Dylan. I was helped by him for at least an hour and he was super patient with all of my questions and was also very knowledgeable about the Guadalupe Mountains. Due to the amazing customer service I plan on returning for all of my backpacking and outdoor needs.
