Ms. Karen, Ms. Karen!!!! It was a true pleasure meeting you. All the staff were great! Will stay again.
Wish I could give this place 5 stars but unfortunately it doesn't deserve it. If you do book here check your room to make sure everything is working properly because they won't tell you and on top of that they take for ever to get things fixed, the only good thing is it's right on the beach. Not all staff is friendly 1st time staying here wasn't so bad but second time around was bad. But if you want front row stay at the beach this would be the place to be.
UPDATE #2: It has been one month since we checked out and have yet to receive any communication from management. Still only received my one night comp for 8 days stay. What a joke. Anyone looking to stay here please don’t. Please read the other reviews with people having the same issues! You will be very unhappy and when you would expect to have something done or want your money back you will be ghosted! Beautiful views ..rooms are big. Clean rooms..we had a kitchenette Older place but it's really nice. We shall be back.
