Cabins are bare bones even kind of dirty looking in the sinks and tub. We bought some shower cleaner and cleaned or own tub and sinks to be safe. With that being said the beach was awesome well worth coming back.
I loved my little cabin! I will definitely be coming back! The manager was awesome! Great at his job!

The picture that u see when u pull up the beach house is not even close the beach is nasty the picture was take by the old owners the cabins r dirty the one we stayed in had a critter that was in the ceiling and woke us up every morning told the office about it and was told yes we know about that problem was never offered a different cabin or even any money taken off we have stayed there for years and will never go back and r truck is covered with sap from the tree that we parked under and the cabin that we stayed in was not... read more
We were going to stay there but, when I called back to make changes to our reservations the guy who answers their phone, I won't mention his name on here BUT, he's only one who answers when you call the number each time I did & I think he's the property manager he was VERY rude! I call said good morning how are you sir and he says "What do you want?Blew my mind how rude he was So, I just canceled our reservations! The new owners moved us around. We were given a cottage at the road and not the beach front. When we called and paid with the old owners we were told we had beach front. Then the other cottage my mom was moved to was so gross. They had a large family that ce in and got cottages for a family reunion after we had made out deposits. The new owners moved us so the family could have all the good ones. I would never stay again. On top of it the pool was nasty and so was the hot tub. a quaint little getaway location with your own little cottage. The beach front is very clean and you can see Mackinac Island from the many benches/swings. They also have nightly campfires for everyone who wants to join. the swimming pool/ hot tub are perfect. We also got free wrist bands for the indoor water park next door. Additionally you can book all your island activities here and save sixty dollars. Will be returning for sure.
if you want rustic...this is the place to be. If you want luxury. this isn't the place to be. :)
