the a/c is broke by 6 days reporting it on Jessica mánager as we have a leak and she told me to just put a bucket that she was going to do the report already, is thursday 10/10/19 this week and I'm still waiting for them to come and repair a/c and leak. I have a 4 months old baby and it's uncomfortable for her to be holding on to his terrible heat and leaking comes out of an electrically powered spotlight including a plague of cockroaches.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. Where do I start? When we moved in we had issues the first night. Loud neighbors, A/C that leaks frequently, and rain comes in through my wall when it rains in my bedroom, which can trigger mold. The second they started doing landscaping by our window we have been having rain come through the apartment! The office is never open when it is supposed to be (sometimes closing early), it takes maintenance hours to come out to fix your issues if they come at all. If you want a roach infested apartment that is always hot & constantly having to call maintenance for different reasons then this is the place to be😁 our lease is up in 28 days and I’ve been counting down for the past 3 months. Picture is from bombing our apartment for the 3rd time since living here.
apparently The Bay House deletes their negative reviews.. so I will write another one to see if they delete this one too. My daughters apartment burned to the ground she lost EVERYTHING... THEY HAVE TREATED HER HORRIBLY INSINUATING THAT SHE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS FIRE...ARE YOU KIDDING ME . SHE WAS AT MY HOUSE THAT NIGHT ALLL NIGHT LONG AND QOULDNT DO SUCH A THING ANYWAYS MY DAUGHTER LOST EVERYTHING...EVERYTHING THAT SHE OWNED. Awful place to live. I don't recommend this fire pit to anyone. If your considering moving to this complex expect your end result will be it will go up in flames. Read the reviews before they get deleted.

Very nice apartments. Have really enjoyed living here. Jessica in the office is amazing. Always willing to stop and answer whatever question I have. Very outgoing and always has a smile on her face.
