The Bay House is back. The Bay House has reopened at Salishan. We had dinner there to celebrate our anniversary and it was outstanding. The old Cedar Tree at Salishan has been transformed to a lovely 9 table restaurant with an impressive open kitchen. Absolutely wonderful food and great staff
Love the new location. There lots of space around the tables (more than 6’). And I love the continuing evolution of the menu items. Congratulations to the Bay House Team for a great “new” restaurant.
We were lucky enough to secure a reservation during the soft opening phase. We chose the caprese salad, the chinook salmon, and the fabulous flourless chocolate torte for dessert. We drank Cadillac margaritas and watched the sunset over the ocean. The staff (Steve and Maryann) was wonderful, and the food was delicious—perfectly prepared and portioned, with complex flavors and textures layered throughout.
