Great prservation with based staff and very unprofessional CEO. Such an historically sacred place deserves better representation.
RecommendedMy hometown and the scene of the Battle of Franklin. Franklin has been so well preserved easily brings history to life. The Battle was one of the most fierce of the war. I lived on the battlefield as a kid, I learned to appreciate the history. While visiting Nashville don't miss spending some time here. Several of the home are open for tours, one being the Carnton Plantation.
A great place to visit. I was thoroughly impressed by the work they have done. I hope they can reclaim more of the battlefield as time goes on.

They are doing amazing work preserving the battlefield and interpreting the story of the Civil War, as it took place at The Battle of Franklin in Franklin, Tennessee.
