I lived in Batley for several years before recently relocating to another city. If you're looking for an apartment in the Union Market area, I would definitely recommend leasing here. Overall, I had a very positive experience. The management team is friendly, responsive, and easy to work with, and the maintenance staff are excellent—always prompt and efficient in resolving any issues. DO NOTE MOVE HERE unless you want to be extorted and have your private information shared without your consent. As a tenant that lived at The Batley for over two years, I was always asked to give grace to innumerable issues with the building - broken elevators, ineffective AC units, broken gates in the parking lot, damaged materials on my balcony during window washing - and I did.
