Just toured The Batley and am eagerly filling out my application to move in now! Lisa was SO helpful, SO friendly, and knew all the answers to all of my millions of questions! She gave us a great tour of units and the (many, many incredible) amenities! Looking forward to working with Lisa on the rest of the move-in process!
Okay, I have to shout out one of the leasing consultants, Tia!! By the time I toured, The Batley, this was my last stop and I was completely overwhelmed. I was anxious, tired of looking and just ready to feel settled. Tia picked up on that immediately. She was calm, patient and incredibly thoughtful with every single question I had. The new leasing team here at The Batley is great! They are hands on, personable, kind, and attentive. I asked Malik to enter a service request for me on my way out, and by the time I reached my destination I got a notification saying it had been entered. The leasing team along with the new pm, Jordan, have made drastic improvements to our living experience in just a short time :)
