I’ve had a wonderful experience with the team from leasing through move-in. Tia and Lisa were incredibly thorough and accommodating throughout the process. They took their time during my tours, answered my questions, and even accommodated a pre-move-in appointment so I could take measurements and plan for my new space. This review is for Malik and Lisa. I truly appreciate Malik for everything he did to make my move-in process as smooth as possible. He was incredibly professional, responsive, and excellent at his job. Lisa also stepped in to help me on move-in day, and I had a great impression of her as well. Lisa was absolutely amazing throughout our leasing and move-in process. We were moving from out of state, and she made everything so easy by handling every detail and keeping us informed every step of the way. She was always responsive, organized, and incredibly helpful, which took a lot of the stress out of a long-distance move. On top of that, Lisa is genuinely kind and a pleasure to work with. UPDATE: Following my original review, the Assistant Community Manager reached out to apologize. However, the resolution was essentially that they cannot honor the concession because there is no written record of the promise. What makes this incredibly frustrating is that the staff openly acknowledged the mistake and remembered the conversation, yet management is still choosing to use a lack of paperwork as a loophole.
