This is an Update: after a delivery packing issue, an accessory that stopped working and lack of communication I am happy to write that things turned around. Luis gave us an outstanding customer service on our last visit! Thank you Luis, we look forward to receiving additional items that we purchased on our last visit.
horrible, very unprofesional attitudes, i placed an order from ready items on stock in november, after so many calls i finally received them in january and when i opened the boxes tgere were items missing, since 2 weeks i am chasing them to get the missing pieces, very irresponsible people, they do not take my phones any more, no news about the deli ery, i will never will shop from that store and i recommend to stay away
Very disappointed with their lack of customer service! In Feb 2024 I bought a bathroom cabinet, a mirror with touch light and a full shower system. At the time of the sale the sale agent Filipe promised to make sure “personally” to pack well our cabinet for shipping. It was clearly not done so. It arrived in a flimsy box without any packing material, totally broken (photo). I had to throw it out and buy a different cabinet. I needed help with a faucet install. I have a deep counter and needed an extender. The online chat (not a bot!) Instructed me to contact Luis M. In Miami store. Im located in upstare NY. Luis was so incredibly helpful! He replied quickly, understood my issue, had the needed adapter, sent me videos he made on the spot and put together and emailed me an order slip. After payment processed, my order was shipped- the best customer service in a very very long time! Thank you!
Complete incompetence after the initial purchase. All items were supposed to be in stock. It has now been almost four weeks and still missing items. They keep sending partial deliveries and everyone is clueless on their end. Shop elsewhere.
