I went back to Brooke after going somewhere else and having a not so great experience and I’m so glad I did. She completely restored my trust. She listened to everything I wanted, looked at what needed to be fixed, and took her time to get my highlights just right. She didn’t rush a single step and made sure I was happy before I left. My hair looks so much better, healthy, and exactly how I wanted it. Lesson learned I won’t be going anywhere else again. Brooke is the best!
First time in this Salon with Gigi and I’m super happy of my experience there. Gigi was really great, super professional and detail oriented. She really took the time before and throughout the cut to make sure I was getting what I had in mind. Plus it was extremely enjoyable to chit chat with her. I definitely recommend Gigi and will go to her again. The salon was cute too and pricing seemed fair to me. 10/10 experience 😊
Gigi did an amazing job on my cut and color. All the stylists seem very friendly, and there is a wonderful atmosphere at the salon. Being right in the middle of downtown Edmonds, it was great to be able to people-watch while getting my hair done. It was a very relaxing experience, especially the head massage during the shampooing. I will definitely recommend that others check out The Basement Salon and ask for Gigi! She took the time to ask questions to make sure I got my perfect color and cut. Thanks again Gigi!
Carla is amazing! She is an awesome Combination of knowledge and kindness! Her color technique is meticulous! She has great insight and instincts and is truly a master of her craft!
Gigi- I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOOKING WITH GIGI! She did an amazing cut on my long hair, and I felt so safe being asked along the process to look and make comments. She really made sure I got exactly what I wanted with proper consultation all throughout the process! Her skills show with all the movement I have and the versatility of my look.
