Ordered a burger for my son - no cheese. Came with cheese - so I sent it back. They arrived with a "new" burger .... Same burger where they scraped the cheese and half the burger off and flipped it over, making it look new. Then they made us feel like we were being bad customers, because I asked for a NEW burger! Forget it - overpriced with bad attitudes.
The service was horrible, rudest waitress I've ever seen (serious attitude for just being there). Dirty tables (didn't even wipe them down), waitress finally took our empty appetizer plates/drinks but didn't say a word (after walking by numerous times). The only positive was the stuffies appetizer but we have no idea about the entrees because we left after the stuffies due to lack of service. The bathrooms are cleaner at fenway after 18 innings. View sucks as well, hope you like looking at an overpass and a rusty bridge type... read more
Terrible: Could have had a better meal at Captain D's. The service was terrible and not to mention we still had to wait despite having a reservation! The clams were rubbery/greasy, the haddock was not fried correctly, the shrimp was fried with skin still on it, and we had to enjoy it all on a wobbly old table. Not to mention the Fishermans platter should include fish, shrimp, etc not assorted pieces of fried sea parts on top of a bed of fries! The lobster Mac and cheese was incredibly rich and creamy, loaded with lobster meat!!! Service was outstanding!! Wish they had Indian Cove Aquaculture oysters on their menu though. Highly recommend it!!!

One of the best places I've ever eaten.can't wait to come back.long way to go from Scotland though.:-)
So good we ate here two nights in a row!! On the second night I had made a mistake making our reservation on Open Table and they were kind enough to accommodate our large party by splitting us into two tables. Excellent service and food both nights!
Lobster Mac 'n Cheese is absolutely amazing! Can't wait to go back!
