Got here at 9:15pm, and said they were closed. Except the posted hours are 10pm. That is horrible customer service. I would not suggest this to anyone in the area - no understanding of appropriate customer service...

Don't believe the good reviews. This place has terrible food, water down drinks and is overpriced to boot.

Tried to make a reservation for a party of 25. Called and was told catering manager would call me back. Never heard from anyone so tried calling for over a week. Left messages etc. finally booked something at Legals. Then 3 days before my event I get an email from barking crab about my event.
Very good food, prompt service, friendly staff, nice water view, relaxed atmosphere. Definately will dine here again!
This place was one of the must do parts of our recent trip to Boston. Food was very good and Service was excellent!
