I have NEVER had worse service! We spent 100+ and I saw the waitress 2 times. She was rude and to top that she was a shitty server. The food was good but after that witch of a server I lost my appetite! This is to the short haired kinda curly headed kinda chubby girl who waited on us. Look for a job not involved with the public.

The barking crab in Newport RI, was one of the worst experience Ive had dining out. The crab legs came in bits and pieces, nothing attached to the crab!!! The crab was old and soft and they bathed it in salt!! The manager came over and had an attitude...I will not be dining there ever again!!
The food was good, but the evening went downhill when the computers went offline and only cash was accepted bc they had no backup plan. The service could've been better, and voicemail advertises validated parking but they do not offer that anymore. Change the voicemail people, that's false advertising. Would've been a five star evening but the lack of effort from the people we were in contact with was disappointing. Props to the chef, management needs work.
Must go. Slice of life on the ha-ba... Not fancy. Laid back.
I stumbled upon this place and it was amazing! Food was excellent, i highly recommend the naked crab roll service was superb as well, thanks Miranda for the suggestion on food & beer. It was a great experience!
