The Bardstown is hands down the best burger in Louisville....best bartenders....best shows....best servers...best atmosphere...best everything. We go to the bardstown at least twice a week...had the only Smoked Pork sandwich in the WORLD that our son will eat!!! A-maz-ing
I've been a fan of the Bard's Town for years. I've been going there for so long, the servers and bartenders are almost like family in the way that we talk and joke with one another. As far as food, I'm a lover of it, lets just leave it at that, and I've not had an item at the Bard that I haven't thoroughly enjoyed. Don't even get me started on how good (or how large) the nachos are, and the tomato bisque, OMG the tomato bisque! I'd eat it everyday if I could. THese guys are great! The food is top knotch, the theatre is high quality and the service is awesome (friendly, quick). Haven't been there this year because of scheduling issues, but hope to get over there to see them again soon. Thanks, Doug, for a great place!!

The Bard's Town supports excellent local theater and comedy and the food and service are great. I can't think of another place in town where you can eat so well and check out awesome shows of all stripes. One of my favorite places in Louisville -- always something fun going on.
Great atmosphere. Delicious (and cleverly named) food and drinks. Some of the nicest servers and bartenders you will find in this city. And if that's not enough, there is quality theatre happening upstairs.
The food was lip smacking, delicious! Have seen one play and one comedy improv - good show both times!
Fun place! Great food, entertainment. The seats are a bit uncomfortable in the theater. But, it's a small space.
