RecommendedGreat place. I've been here at least 3 times and enjoy the fact that I can watch some standup comedy, a theater show and eat and drink. My only complaint would be the limited selection of beers. I wish they had more craft beers to choose from.
Took a group of 8 for a birthday outing. Food was amazing and The Hand of God production was funny and very entertaining! Will have to go back for a roast!

My party of eight from Memphis we're visiting and chose your establishment for our Sunday dinner and performance. The food was good, Mary Ann told us before taking our food order that everything was good and 'GOOD' it was. Once we finished dinner we took in your performance 'A Fool For Love', we loved it, since comedy and plays are our favorite types of entertainment. We enjoyed meeting the cast, Thanks to Ryan for answering the phone and telling about your establishment.
I just saw Ryan Singer at the Bard's Town and it was great! The local comics were genuinely funny and the drinks were strong!

Love The Bard’s Town! The food, service, and atmosphere are great. Entertainment most nights, and the black bean hummus is out of this world.
When this place was - FIRST established, I was missing from the "poetry-reading/writers groups" scene - for many years. Too many hours - 2nd shift, in manufacturing. Then, I was a not-so-frequent visitor of the karaoke night - there. When it became a place for performance art - & music. I was SO HAPPY! The downtown area shouldn't be the ONLY place one can enjoy such. Now, I am hoping to find my way into performance art - again, with "baby-faced" performers. >HUG<
