Simply, the best!!! I've been working out at Bar Method-Madison since 2015. Growing up, I was a 3 sport athlete, and continued playing soccer through college and after. While I was still playing soccer, I went to my first class at the Madison studio to see what it was all about. I was instantly hooked! I’ve been coming to this studio for 4 months now, and aside from loving the workout, I love the people who teach and attend the classes. The teachers make sure that they know your name and constantly give you tips or reassurance that you are doing a great job. With every class you become more and more friendly with all the people attending and really look forward to seeing them at the next class. It a little barre family!

This studio is about much more than just the work-out. Yes, it's a thorough workout that hits every muscle group, followed by a nice long stretch to help lengthen the muscles just worked. But you will also find the positive vibe and the knowledgable, supportive instructors will help your psyche and make your day go better! I highly recommend joining The Bar Method Madison!!

The Bar Method Madison is an incredible workout for both your body and mind. Stretching is built in to the structure of the classes which creates long, lean, toned muscles. The staff and teachers are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. It is a warm environment where all are welcome. If you live in the area, do yourself a favor and get yourself to this studio!
