Does the BASF ever send questionnaire's to clients who have utilized attorneys matched to them? I paid a retainer, provided all the discovery and copies of everything (paid for shipping), etc. My attorney missed filings, promised me a favorable outcome, only to settle for 1/40 promised me and took half of my nominal award. I was extremely dissatisfied and found my representation inept.
