Your referral service doesn’t answer the phones during business hours. I have repeatedly gotten the message to call back during business hours when I am in fact calling during this time. I get voicemails from staff AFTER the office is closed so I can’t even callback. The emails are automated so I can’t communicate with anyone that way either. It is frustrating and bad business.

Went to my scheduled appointment today only to be told by receptionist that my appointment was cancelled due to lawyer not having expertise in my area. I tried to call you during business hours was put on hold for over an hour then told that you are closed. You tell me how you can improve. And give me my money back.
