RecommendedMelissa and the staff are really friendly. Great community events. Had some noise issues at night but seems to be addressed now! Besides that, I like my neighbors, beautiful views, and clean place.
Best place to live ever!! This place immediately makes you feel at home- the staff goes above & beyond, & the apartment life staff is the best!!! After not having a great experience at our previous apartment, we wanted to make sure we were at the right place bc where you live is SO important! We lived a bit away & couldn’t come up for a tour, so Mel quickly imitated a FaceTime tour & it was perfect! She was so genuine & passionate about how great the banks were! Would rank an absolute 0 if possible. This all stems from management and the poor communication they have with residents. How Greystar keeps any of them on is beyond me. Eric was the only one here that seemed to take pride in his job and he is no longer here. Please do something about this pathetic group you have assembled.
I love everything about the Banks!!! The amenities are amazing and everyone in the office is so nice and helpful!!! Melissa has been super helpful the whole time I’ve been here!!!
Very friendly. I have really enjoyed living here this past yr and look forward to another. I've only had one complaint since being here . It was taken care of right away. Beautiful apartments .
Kim is awesome and all of the office staff and maintenance are great !!!!
