The Banks is exactly where we belong! 😍 We just moved in and the team here made our moving process so smooth. This place truly has everything we could ever want. Moving in was super simple. Lease signing and payment was online, our apartment was extremely clean and inviting, we had the cutest welcome basket and a ton of info on the community, our walk through was breezy and all questions were answered in a timely manner. Literally the worst management ever. Kim does not follow any type of protocol. She thinks she can show up to people’s apartments out of nowhere & tell them to pick things up as if she’s their mom. And on top of that, maintenance will come straight into your apartment whether you have clothes on or not. I do not recommend living here. They take your money & give you no respect or privacy.

Great views. Great gym for an apartment. Quick response to maintenance request. Melissa was so patient with us while we were selling our house and the closing date kept moving. She came through with everything she promised. Communication was awesome. We are so happy with the choice to move here.

100% recommended!! The Banks are so accommodating and the staff is amazing (especially Mel!). Their main goal is for their residences to be happy and love living there (which isn’t hard to do considering the amazing location). The Banks has been the best apartment complex that I have lived in by far! The easier move and transition and the BEST neighbors! ❤️
