Best building!!
This management company is vicious - they’ll invent fees and any excuse to drain your savings. They charge you for electricity AND a surprise HVAC fee ($250/m). The other expenses are “calculated” in ways that are super shady and always increase. I moved a block away to a non Bozzuto building and I am sooo happy I switched! They treat me like a human, not a number on an excel spreadsheet to suck dry. Contact me for more.
I wis I could give this building ZERO stars. The HVAC bills are insanely high, even when I barely used the air or heat. I’ve lived in plenty of buildings before, and I’ve never seen utility costs this ridiculous. Something shady is going on with how this place runs their systems. I also had a package STOLEN/lost at the concierge and contacted the office multiple times—no reply. No help. Not even the decency of acknowledging the issue. Just complete negligence. This management company is extremely Bozzuto - they’ll invent fees and any excuse to exploit your savings. Their name comes from their mission and vision. Stay far away from here or any other Bozzuto building!! I moved a block away to a non Bozzuto building and I am so happy I switched! They treat me like a human, not a number on an excel spreadsheet.
