Tyrell is the new associate at the building, but that doesn’t stop him from trying to please every issue that I’ve had. He keeps me updated all the time when he sees me and that is greatly appreciated.
EDIT 3/10: DO NOT LIVE HERE. there’s mold in our apartment and they gaslit us into thinking there’s not. We haven’t been able to sleep in the bedroom or use one of the bathrooms because of mold issues. We wake up sick every day. We begged them for help with professional testing and they refused, instead offering to clean our shower. We did our own mold tests and found extreme growth in the affected areas of the apartment.
